Archie Hunnicutt Jr.
Hello my name is Archie Hunnicutt and I am the director and elder at Mayim Hayim Hebraic Learning Center. I want to invite you to come experience the joy of the faith of our Messiah, and learn the ways of the Master. . Come learn the Bible that He read and the culture He lived. The prayers, He prayed. Come and experience the Feast Of Adonai and walk in the paths of righteousness. Come and learn why the Bible does not make sense from a western anti-Torah view point and see how through the language of Hebrew and through Hebraic eyes the Bible comes alive and you become born again, again, as every word of the Bible comes alive for you. My story: I was born in the United States and raised has a Catholic but did little did I know that my mother and grandparents were Jews from Mexico and Spain. The awakening of my spirit to this fact came on September 11 2001. I was lead to live as a Jew and to begin to look at what it meant to be Jewish. As I looked into this further and in more detail I discovered that my mother was familiar with many of the practices in Judaism. Such as Passover and the lighting of Shabbat candles and the blessing of your children. All these things were done by my grandmother and grandfather. I soon discovered that my grandparents and family were Jews from Mexico and Spain and practiced their faith only at home. The more I discovered the more I started to see that many Spanish and Mexicans were from Jewish descent and was forced by the Catholic church to convert and become Catholic thus loosing their identity as Jews. Many held on to their faith and kept their practices in their homes and passed this down to their children secretly and were called crypto Jews. This is what happened in my families case but my grandmother never told her children why she did these things. I was then faced with a great discovery from the scriptures. The children of Israel would be called from all the places where he had scattered them in the last days. I have become aware that my story is happening every where in the world among every people and tongue. In 2001 I went to Jerusalem to speak with Rabbi Chaim Richman of the Temple Institute to see what I should do with this new change in my life. I am a believer in Yeshua the Messiah of Israel and I had to decide if Yeshua was real and the one that was promised to our Jewish people. As I began to study, I started to see a difference in the messiah taught by the dominate church in contrast with the Tanach (Bible), and what the scripture have to say about the Messiah. See D'varim (Deuteronomy) 13 and D'varim 18... The Jesus of today is anti-Torah and I could see why my Jewish brothers can not receive this messiah. I will leave you with this question as a Jewish believer. Please read Luke 24:25-27. Please tell me where you can find the details of Yeshua's death, suffering, three days in the earth? Where is the details of all these things concerning his death and resurrection and the repentance from sins. Where did you as a Christians get all the things you teach about Yeshua from the Torah and the Prophets? Starting at Moses and all the prophets? Where does the Torah speak of these details? Why do you believe what you believe? By blind faith or scriptures? All my people believed because the scriptures proved that He was Messiah. The next question is this. Once you discover all these things, does the Messiah you follow fit what the scriptures teach about him? Does he teach you to keep the Sabbath (Saturday)? The Feast of Yahweh? Passover, Unleavened bread, Feast of weeks, Rosh HaShanah proper name "Yom Teruah" Yom Kippur and the Feast of Tabernacles? All of the Torah? If not, why? Is not that what the scriptures foretell about Messiah? I have asked several Pastor's these questions and they could not even answer the questions. I have learned many of the answers to my question above from the Rabbi's from Israel through a process called Thematic analysis. A teaching method only taught in Judaism. A great friend of mine who has studied in an online Yeshiva in Israel has taught me this technique of study. See: The Restorationoftorah Tony Robinson on my homepage. Contact me if you would like to know where all the the details can be found about messiah's death, burial, resurrection, suffering, three days in the earth. Starting in Moses and all the prophets. We are a Messianic community of Believers in Yeshua, the Messiah of Israel, bringing the Torah to the nations. To the Jew first and then to the nations. Mayim Hayim is a community of Jews and Christians believers in Messiah Yeshua. Holding fast to the basar (gospel) once delivered to the saints.(Yehudah 1:3) We believe in the whole of Torah from Bersheet to Ikgalut (Revelation). The Tanach (Bible) was given to Israel and we are the keepers of its true understanding. Psalm 108:8 "Judah is my lawgiver". We have a mission to take the Torah, YHVH's teachings and instructions to the nations and teach them all things that Messiah Yeshua commanded us to teach and do. We hold fast and believe that any religion not teaching the Torah according to D'varim13 (Duet) and D'varim 18 is teaching a false Messiah. We are here to blow the shofar (Ezekiel 33:2-6) and warn you of the coming sword. That only in the Torah of Moshe can one find the way to walk (halachah) after coming to know Yeshua the Messiah of Israel. Ivrim (Hebrews 10:28-29) it say "Anyone who has disregarded the Torah of Moshe dies without compassion on the witness of two or three witnesses". How much worse punishment do you think shall he deserve who trampled the Son of Elohim underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was set apart as common, and insulted the Rauch Hakodesh (Spirit) of favour? We stand as a witness to the fact that many have disregarded the Torah of Moshe and are teaching the another Jesus the Mesiach Tachat (The Lawless One) the one who will disregard the commandments of his Father. When you disregard the Torah of Moshe you are removing the altar in which His blood was shed and you then put His blood on the ground to be trampled underfoot. The alter is apart of the Torah and a vital part of the sacrifical system and without the alter we have no Messiah. We have no sacrifice and no lamb of YHVH. What are you disregarding? Torah and the Messiah? Teacher Put on the Armor of YHVH.
