In the book of Ephesians Rav Shaul tells us to put on the armor of Elohim.
When Rav Shaul wrote those words he was quoting from Isaiah 59.
Isa 59:16 He saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his own arm brought salvation to him; and his righteousness, it upheld him.

Isa 59:17 He put on righteousness as a breastplate, and a helmet of salvation on his head; and he put on garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a mantle.

Here are Rav Shaul words... Ephesians 6

Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might.- Eph 6:10

Eph 6:11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Eph 6:12 For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Put on the whole Armour

As you read many of the words of the New Testament (Brit Chadasha -Renewed Covenant), we who grew up in the west have a Greek and Roman mind set and miss many of the truths the Bible is trying to show us.

As I grow up in the Church I always was told that the whole amour of Yahweh was depicted in the amour of a Roman soldier.

It was explained to me that the "Old Testament" was replaced by the New Testament and the ceremonial laws "Sabbath and festivals and eating laws (Kosher) was put aside because we are now are saved in believing in Jesus.

Jesus is the English word for Yeshua or Yah'shua. This was the name given to him by His Father in heaven and the angel Gabriel. This name means "Yah's salvation."

Once again I was faced with so many questions and everyone had the same answer about the Old Testament, it is old.

Obeying the commandments of the GOD of Israel has now become legalism and trying to earn you way to heaven.

I believe the God Of Israel says if you love Him and believe in His salvation "Yeshua' you will obey His commandments.

I heard a pastor on the radio explain to his audience that the commandments were a cruse or a burden.

He was using the book of Galatians to validate his point. This is the passage he used. Galatians 3:10 "For as many as are of the works of the law are under a curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one who continueth not in all things that are written in the book of the law, to do them."

And He will judge between the nations, and will decide concerning many peoples; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning-hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of YHVH.

The light is the Torah. Proverbs 6:23"For the commandment is a lamp; And the law is light; And reproofs of instruction are the way of life."

How do we know that we are living in the tribulation period or "In that Day"? Here are a few things to consider. "The controversy of Zion." The regathering of the whole house of Israel. The last day or the tribulation is and end time war between Jacob and Esau.

Genesis 22:7 "Then Jacob was greatly afraid and distressed: and he divided the people that was with him, and the flocks, and herds, and the camels, into two bands; And said, If Esau come to the one company, and smite it, then the other company which is left shall escape.

9 And Jacob said, O Elohim of my father Abraham, and Elohim of my father Isaac, ???? which saidst unto me, Return unto thy country, and to thy kindred, and I will deal well with thee:

Genesis 33:1-4 "And Jacob lifted up his eyes, and looked, and, behold, Esau was coming, and with him four hundred men. And he divided the children unto Leah (Southern Kingdom), and unto Rachel (Northern Kingdom), and unto the two handmaids. And he put the handmaids and their children foremost, and Leah and her children after, and Rachel and Joseph hindermost. And he himself passed over before them, and bowed himself to the ground seven times, until he came near to his brother. And Esau ran to meet him, and embraced him, and fell on his neck, and kissed him: and they wept.

Jots and Tittles

In this passage is one of the Jots that Yeshua was speaking of in Mattitityahu 5:17 "Think not that I came to destroy the law or the prophets: I came not to destroy, but to fulfill. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass away from the law, till all things be accomplished."

In the passage above Genesis 33:1-4 we find a tittle over the word kiss. Jots look like this . They tells us that in the last day Esua will say he wants to kiss your neck but he really wants to bite your neck and kill you. This prophecy or Jot is happening before our very eyes. (Please contact us if you would like to know more about Jots and Tittles). The are not in your English Bible. They are only in the Hebrew and they are prophecies that have to be fulfilled.

Isaiah 34:8 "For it is the day of YHVH vengeance, and the year of recompense for the controversy of Zion." What is the controversy of Zion. Ezekiel 36:1-2 "As thou didst rejoice at the inheritance of the house of Israel, because it was desolate, so will I do unto thee: thou shalt be desolate, O Mount Seir, and all Idumea, even all of it: and they shall know that I am YHVH. Also, thou son of man, prophesy unto the mountains of Israel, and say, Ye Mountains of Israel, hear the word of iiii: 3Thus saith the Master YHVH; Because the enemy hath said against you, Aha, even the ancient high places are ours in possession."

Mount Seir is Edom. Idumea is also Esau or the Palestian Liberation Organization (PLO) of today. They make claim that the mountains of Israel belong to them. But what does YHVH say about that? Ezekiel 35:1-4 "And ye my flock, the flock of my pasture, are men, and I am your Elohim, saith the Master YHVH. Moreover the word of YHVH came unto me, saying, Son of man, set thy face against Mount Seir, and prophesy against it, And say unto it, Thus saith the Master YHVH; Behold, O Mount Seir, I am against thee, and I will stretch out mine hand against thee, and I will make thee most desolate. I will lay thy cities waste, and thou shalt be desolate, and thou shalt know that I am YHVH."

Did you know that the mountains of Israel is the Gaza that is being given away by the world's system. The United States and the United Nations, Russia, China, Europe, Saudi Arabia and the list goes on. Zecharyah 14:2"For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle."

The things that we should be looking for are the Gaza forsaken Zephaniah 2:4 "For Gaza shall be forsaken, and Ashkelon a desolation."

Israel will be divided. Joel 3:2"I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land."

Jerusalem will be divided. This is the next thing on the chopping block for the US and her allies to secure the road map to peace.

The Judgment of the nations will be brought about because they have come against the heritage of Israel. YHVH's people and His land and His Word and His Messiah. This is the controversy of Zion, but what is Zion? Zion is more than a place but it is all that believe in the G-D of Israel and His promise to Abraham and all his descendants. This would include all Christians that join the nation of Israel through the Jewish Messiah Yeshua.
