When I was in Israel the olive tree spoke to me a story that will be with me the rest of my life. It was the one thing that I saw that had so many secrets to tell because they have been around so long. Many of the olive trees in Israel are several thousand years old. The olive tree can live forever and it never needs to be watered or cared for, but it is always giving to the people of Israel.

In Beresheet (Genesis) 8:11 "And the dove came in to him in the evening; and lo, in her mouth was an olive leaf pluckt off: so No'ah knew that the waters were abated from off the earth". The very first place we see the Olive tree is in the beginning of the scriptures and how beautiful it is to see that it is the first thing the scriptures use to represent life after the judgement of YHVH.

Tehillim (Psalm) 52:8 "But I am like a green olive tree in the house of Elohim: I trust in the mercy of Elohim for ever and ever." The olive tree is a picture of the kingdom of YHVH and the plan for all who trust in His Torah.

Haggai 2:19 "Is the seed yet in the barn? Yea, as yet the vine, and the fig tree, and the pomegranate, and the olive tree, hath not brought forth: from this day will I bless you." What a prophecy in this one verse! Remind me closer to Chanukah to tell you this story.

Zechariah 4:3 "And two olive trees by it, one upon the right side of the bowl, and the other upon left side thereof." Zechariah 4:6 "Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of YHVH unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might nor by power, but by my spirit, saith YHVH of Host."

I have always wondered about these two olive trees and what YHVH meant to do with my people the Yehudim and the Christians who follow the Torah of YHVH and how He was going to regather the two trees back in His hand. Ariel Sharon several years ago prayed a prayer on the Temple mount from Yechezkel (Ezekiel) 38:15-28 I believe in my heart that this prayer is coming to pass before my very eyes and it is such a blessing to see YHVH at work fulfilling His word and bring the house of Israel back to His Torah and His land and His salvation (Yeshua).

Ariel Sharon prayed that YHVH would make these two trees one in His hand. (Sticks in English / Trees in Hebrew) Etez in Hebrew is the word for trees and this is what the sticks represent in the passage. The Olive tree is the answer to my question of how YHVH is going to bring the two trees and make them one in His hand.

The olive tree of Israel is mystery that Sha'ul is going to tell us about in the book of Romans and please understand that from the very beginning of the Bible these things were prophecied to happen and are being fulfilled before you and I today so enjoy this story and see the mystery unfold before you in the story of the olive tree of Israel. (Beresheet 12:3) In the Hebrew reads "and in thee shall all families of the earth be grafted."

The Root of the Olive Tree.

Romans 11:11 "I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? YHVH forbid: but rather through their fall salvation (Yeshua) is come unto the Goyim (nations), for to provoke them to jealousy." Just a side note, the modern day Church is not doing anything to provoke the Jew to jealousy, they are not living or worshiping according to the book of Acts. I will address this in a later news letter.

Romans 11:12 "Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the "nations" how much more their fullness?" I would like to explain this fall if I may. In Israel today as in the time of Yeshua and before, there was a person called a vine dresser and this person's job was to take an olive tree and plant it and care for it until it became a tree that will live forever in Israel. Well do you know that when you plant an olive tree it grows most of the time with twelve branches as it grows. Did I mention that an olive tree grows forever?

Well the olive tree will not grow to live for ever unless the vine dresser goes out and finds a wild olive tree that will graft into the natural tree, and many times the vine dresser has to make many drafts because not all the wild trees will mend with the natural tree. The vine dresser removes a natural branch from the tree and cast it a side for a later time. Romans 11:15 'For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?"

Now we have a wild branch that has mended and has become part of the natural tree. We can now begin the process of bring this tree to it's maturity and now we can watch it grow to live for ever, but there is a problem. Nature has encoded in the seed of the olive tree a pattern. This tree will not live but three and one half years now that the wild olive branch as been grafted in. Wow, three and a half more years for a tree that lives forever. What is wrong with this picture? How can a tree that lives forever only live three and a half years more unless YHVH is trying to tell us something through the physical to teach us something about the spiritual?

For if the first fruit be holy (Set-apart); the lump is also set-apart: and if the root be set-apart, so are the branches. And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou being a wild olive tree, were grafted in among them, and with them partakes of the root and fatness of the olive tree; Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, remember, you do not bear the root, but the root bears you.

As a Messianic Jew I some times hear Christian say that a Jew must convert to Christianity to be saved but if I read the Scriptures according to the word of YHVH it is the Christian that must convert to my faith and that faith has always been a Biblical faith and not a Jewish faith, we just happened to be the ones who keep it alive and followed His words. The Torah of YHVH is the Tree of Life that gives both Jew and the nations life and it is you that have been grafted in to us and not the other way around. So what is wrong with the picture that I have before me. A whole different tree is what Christianity has planted and it is separate from the true tree Israel and YHVH.

When you make a graft in trees the graft is to become apart of the tree and you should not be able to tell the graft from the natural tree. This was the purpose of the graft so that the wild would become natural. Now, we have two trees and they must become one to complete the plan of YHVH. But how is this going to happen when the wild branches are boast so much against the natural branches. Remember that an olive tree will only live for three and a half years after a wild branch has been grafted into the natural tree. Christianity is not even grafted into the olive tree because you have become your own tree separate from Israel, so you first must become grafted in, truly.

The Natural Branches

You shall say then, "The branches were broken off that I might be grafted in." Good! By unbelief they were broken off, and you stand by belief. Do not be arrogant, but fear. For if YHVH did not spare the natural branches, He might not spare you either.

Many denomination in Christianity believe and teach that because Israel rejected Yeshua and turned their back on Him, YHVH chose another people. That Israel has been replaced by the gentle Church. Well, if this is the G-d that you serve I as a Jew would not want to serve this G-d because his promises are not true and can anyone trust what he says if is promises are not forever.

YHVH say's in Tehillim 89: "I will sing of the mercies of YHVH forever.. I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn unto David my servant, Thy seed will I establish for ever...My mercy will I keep for him for evermore, and My covenant shall stand fast with him...His seed also will I make to endure for ever, and his throne as the days of heaven.

If his children forsake My Torah, and walk not in My judgements; If they break my statutes, and keep not my commandments: Then will I visit their transgressions with a rod, and their iniquity with stripes. Nevertheless my loving kindness will I not utterly take from him, nor suffer My faithfulness to fail. My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone from My lips...It shall be established for ever as the moon, and as a faithful witness in heaven. Se'lah.

This is the YHVH I serve... How could you serve another? Remember you are also included in this promise my dear Christian brother for you to are Israel...have you not also broken all His Torah?

See then the kindness and sharpness of YHVH: on those who fell sharpness, but toward you kindness, if you continue in His kindness, otherwise you also shall be cut off. And they also, if they do not continue in unbelief, shall be grafted in, for YHVH is able to graft them in again.

For if you were cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and were grafted into a a good olive tree, how much more shall these who are the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree? For I do not wish you to be ignorant of this secret, brothers, lest you should be wise in your own estimation that hardening in part has come over Israel, "until the completeness of the nations has come in." see (Bere. 48:19)

And so all of Israel shall be saved, as it is written, "The Deliverer shall come out of Zion, and He shall turn away wickedness from Ya'akov, and this is My covenant with them, when I take away their sins." (Yesh. 59:20-21)

Truly, regarding the Good News they are enemies for your sake, but concerning the choice they are beloved for the sake of the fathers. For the gifts and the calling of YHVH are not to be repented of. For as you also at one time disobeyed YHVH, but now have obtained compassion through their disobedience, so also these have now disobeyed, that through the compassion shown you they also might obtain compassion.

For YHVH has shut them all up to disobedience, in order to have compassion on all. Oh, the Depth of riches, and wisdom and knowledge of YHVH! How unsearchable His judgement and untraceable His ways!

Wow, I do not know where to start with all this that has been said. There are so many prophecies there for me to cover and I do not have the space in the news letter to cover them all.

There is a point I do want to make and that is the plan of YHVH has been from the beginning of Beresheet (Geneis). Yeshayahu 46:9-10 "Remember the former events of old, for I'am YHVH, and there is no one else - YHVH, and there is no one like Me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from of old that which has not yet been done, saying, "My counsel does stand, and all My delight I do."

The Olive Tree made One

Do we really think that we are able to understand YHVH totally and know the secret things that belong to Him? Sha'ul is trying to tell us that YHVH has a plan and that plan He will bring about in His way and not ours. His plan has been from the beginning but the Church Father's and HaSatan have separated you and I so far from our roots the Tree of life, the Torah.

We all must be grafted back into this tree Yeshua the root that supports everyone that calls on the name of YHVH. From the beginning this has been the plan to return man who was banished from the garden and the Tree of Life His word. So let us all return to His ways not just with our lips but in the way we live. When you are grafted into this tree Yeshua you will look like the tree and no one can tell that you are not a part of the natural tree. This tree has always lived in Israel and has always lived according to the commandments of YHVH and it fruits are His ways Torah.

I told you earlier that I would tell you how YHVH has this plan written into the olive tree and the vine dresser. The olive tree has now had the wild branches grafted into it and now its life has began to count down the days when it will die. Yes, die. The olive tree will only live for another three and a half years unless the natural branches are grafted back into the same place it was removed. The dead branches are brought back to life.

Sha'ul tell us in (Romans 11:15) "For the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead." The natural branches the house of Yuhudah must be grafted back into the tree and now and only now can this tree the plan of YHVH live forever. When both the natural and the wild together are grafted into the tree of life, Torah. This is the natural plan of the olive tree and this is why Sha'ul gives us this story. To point out to all the branches that none of us can live apart from the Tree of Life Yeshua the Torah.

So the House of Israel and the House of Yuhudah must stop living apart from each other and become one tree in the hand of YHVH with one king and one sheperd. So may we join with Ariel Sharon and pray also that YHVH would make us one in His hand.

Yechezkel (Ezekel) 37-38. There are hundreds of prophecies that I could tell you about just from this one chapter in the book of Romans. I could start in Beresheet 12:3 and take you to the book of Zechariah 4:3 and fill several pages on just a few details of this plan of YHVH. Since you do not study the Torah for salvation and do not think that it applies to your life other than just an old book with some good precepts to study and learn from. Many say of course we do not believe that YHVH did away with the Tanach (First Covenant) all the Bible is still for us today.

Okay then why do you not keep His commandments. Remember the Sabbath and keep it holy. See (Isaish 58:13-14). YHVH festivals ([Levitcus 23). The Kosher laws (Levitcus11). What tree are you grafted into? Or are you your own tree?

1 Yochahanan 2:2 "And He Himself is the atoning offering for our sins, and not for ours only but also for all the world. And by this we know that we know Him, if we guard His commands. The one who says, "I know Him," and does not guard His commands, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever guards His Word, truly the love of YHVH has been perfected in him.(Genesis 17:1) By this we know that we are in Him.(Psalm 119:1) The one who says he stays in Him ought himself also to walk, even as He walked.

If you are to make the Yehudim jealous for the Torah (Romans11:11) then you must keep the Torah and look like the one who you are grafted into Messiah Yeshua. It is the root that supports you and not you that supports the root. (Romans 11:18) To many times when I speak to my renewed covenant brethren they think that Christianity was something created by someone from their church or someone who spoke English and had nothing to do with a rabbi from Israel and Judaism.

Please note that everything you know and follow comes the Roman Catholic Church and not from the natural tree Judaism. Sunday worship or Sunday Sabbath, Christmas, Easter, New Laws, Old Laws done away with. Israel replaced by the Church. Please look at what tree you look like or resemble. Yeshua or the Church Fathers? Just a note three and a half years plus three and a half years equals seven years and again this is from the beggining.
